Zalphius is a youth connect platform initiated with the motive to help students with challenges they face in their daily lives while building themselves as capable individuals. Here, you will find dedicated sections for school and college students, covering areas such as portfolio building, performance enhancement, exams, internships, interviews, and so on.
The site provides a platform for students, schools, and colleges to connect for specialized sessions and talks on a variety of areas. The main goal of this initiative is to assist the youth with tapping into their inner potential through a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual techniques.
Who am I?
Strung between cultures, as a Rajasthani born in Singapore and brought up in Southern India, I found that life can present an interesting twist of events. Hi there, my name is Sunish Bansal. Being the youngest of three siblings, I have always played catch up with my two elder brothers in the field of achievements, until one day I decided, that I've got what it takes!
I attended school in Bangalore and Chennai, completing my class 12 from a science stream with 98% (CBSE). Thereafter I shifted to the field of Economics, completing my under-graduation from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. At the end of college, I’m making yet another shift, one of many more to come, into the field of business and management. Receiving a shortlist from every Tier-I company I applied to, I was the first student to get placed at the university, taking the role of a Business Analyst at McKinsey and Company, one of the world’s leading management consultancy firm.
I’ve always attempted to take a more holistic approach to education, focusing not just on academics but engaging in a large number of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout school and college life. In one sense, my material life has been a balance between choosing periods of when to focus on holistic development and when to forget all other aspects of life and just focus on my current goal.
I started my journey as a spiritual seeker in school and began meditation with an NGO called Heartfulness. After several years of exploration, I became one of the world’s youngest meditation trainer, volunteering with the Heartfulness Institute and assisting people with their mediation practice as a certified and trained meditation facilitator.
At college, I started a social initiative to assist class 12 students with their board exam preparation. As co-founder and executive director of To Boards and Brilliance (TBAB), with the help of my team, I connected with over 21,500 students, focusing on subject-wise strategies to maximize performance.
Apart from this, I also engage with the youth through several talks, sessions, and activities.
