What are three things to keep in mind while working at an Investment Bank?
1) Try and figure things out on your own first or ask other analysts in your team before approaching your associate. A good rule of thumb is to give it half an hour, stewing in the juice of the problem, before asking your questions to the associate
2) Be sure to ask for timelines of the pitch. Not everything is urgent
3) Keep a track of your mistakes, it's okay to make them once or twice. But after that, you set the stage for being judged.
